What you will do
- Define quality strategy and lead testing excellence across AI-powered products and platforms.
- Design, architect, and implement test automation frameworks for API, UI, integration, end-to-end, performance, and AI model validation.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
- Track automation coverage, test effectiveness, quality metrics, reliability, and execution efficiency.
- Evaluate AI-assisted testing, autonomous test generation, and intelligent regression testing technologies.
- Mentor software developers on shift-left testing, automation design patterns, maintainability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks and automated testing solutions.
- Expert proficiency in automation programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API, UI, integration, end-to-end, performance, and AI model validation testing.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated quality gates, and test execution orchestration in modern DevOps environments.
- Experience with AI application testing, LLM evaluation, or agentic system validation, plus strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
