Senior Manager, Digital Workplace (AI)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of four office days per week

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 yearly, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and day-to-day experience of the NBCU employee intranet, keeping information current, relevant and accessible.
• Support governance for enterprise email, employee applications and AI agent communications, including channel selection and tone-of-voice standards.
• Train and support content owners and channel managers through resource materials, office hours and platform guidance.
• Explore responsible AI and emerging technology opportunities for employee communications and intranet capabilities.
• Partner with Technology teams, vendors and Communications leaders on requirements, roadmaps, enhancements and digital workplace tools.
• Define governance standards for Microsoft Teams, Slack and other collaboration channels, including ownership, access and publishing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, digital product management or a related field.
• Experience with intranets, content management systems, employee email platforms or enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience developing governance standards, publishing processes, templates, training materials or content-owner resources.
• Ability to interpret analytics and turn performance data into practical recommendations.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
