Production Operator (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; on-site

Salary: $23.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for second and third shifts.

What you will do

• Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging to production areas.
• Operate processing equipment according to detailed procedures.
• Monitor equipment and production rates to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform initial product testing and verify compliance with specifications.
• Check labels, package finished products, and document production activities.
• Maintain a clean workplace and follow safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Basic English comprehension.
• Experience in an industrial environment; chemical manufacturing experience and exposure to mixing or batching are preferred.
• Familiarity with common software programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work all shifts and work on-site in Blue Ash, Ohio.
