Manager, Corporate FP&A

Location: Hybrid role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $107,200–$160,800 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate annual Growth & Profit Plan, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Consolidate submissions, validate assumptions, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, business review materials, management presentations, and variance analyses.
• Partner with Finance, corporate functions, and operational leaders on financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Supervise, coach, and develop FP&A staff while reviewing analytical deliverables.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting, planning tool adoption, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and financial communication skills.
• High proficiency with SAP, data management tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
