Program Manager Housing & Leasing Services (Facilities Management/Real Estate): Overseeing housing, leasing, property maintenance, facilities operations, warehousing, customer service, and related support services for US Government employees and contractors with an accent on continuous facility availability, regulatory compliance, and contract delivery. Focus on planning and resourcing multi-service operations, managing budgets and subcontractors, coordinating maintenance programs, and resolving stakeholder requirements at a 24x7 facility.
Location: Onsite 100% in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. The role requires travel between facilities in Alice Springs and the local area and is contingent upon contract award.

What you will do
- Oversee Housing and Leasing Services, including furnished homes, leasing support, property management, warehousing, customer service, and website maintenance.
- Manage residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pest control, furniture, appliances, hospitality kits, and preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
- Plan, resource, and execute multiple programs and projects while meeting contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and service standards.
- Manage subcontractors and personnel transitions while coordinating with the Contracting Officer, COTR, Chief of Facilities, Government stakeholders, and business functions.
- Lead financial stewardship, risk mitigation, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional integration across continuous 24x7 operations.
- Maintain high-quality facilities and customer service for government employees, contractors, dignitaries, and senior executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation NV-1 clearance.
- Host Nation Real Estate Agent and Business License, or a mutually recognized equivalent.
- Degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in project management, real estate, facilities operations, or a related business field.
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programs, project schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, customer service, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Five years of formal management or team leadership experience.
- Experience with business strategy, long-range business plans, and project execution plans.
- Experience supporting federal or intelligence communities and building high-performing integrated teams.
