Industry Solution Leader (Heavy Industrial, EAF / Mini-Mill Supply Chain and Asset Performance, AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Travel to customer locations is required as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own solution strategy, technical direction, delivery outcomes, and customer accountability from problem definition through production deployment and scale.
• Lead customer discovery across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate operational challenges into AI, machine learning, optimization, and software solutions with defined constraints, requirements, and success criteria.
• Lead use-case definition, requirements gathering, architecture, configuration, validation, deployment, adoption, and scale-out.
• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers, data scientists, product managers, engineers, and industry experts.
• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to develop reusable capabilities, deployment plans, statements of work, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, supply chain management, industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, planning, logistics, procurement, pricing, operations research, or technically focused consulting.
• Hands-on EAF / mini-mill experience, including scrap charge, EAF, ladle metallurgy, caster, and rolling operations.
• Experience owning or improving melt-shop throughput, yield, quality, energy, downtime, or rolling constraints.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, enterprise data, optimization, and quantitative problem-solving.
• United States work authorization without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, operations research, mathematical optimization, advanced analytics, or supply chain digital transformation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, analytics, optimization tools, application configuration, or scripting.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar enterprise planning systems.
• Experience scaling solutions across plants, product families, regions, networks, or business units.
• Advanced degree in engineering, operations research, supply chain, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
