Sr. Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor process performance across the manufacturing plant, including yield, overhead, finished goods, work in process, and inventory targets.
• Analyze daily and monthly mass balance and financial results, identify improvement actions, and prepare monthly explanations.
• Create and revise manufacturing documents, including MBRs, SOPs, manuals, special protocols, PFMEA, and process training materials.
• Perform continued process verification for assigned IQ/OQ/PQ validations and complete instrument criticality classifications.
• Lead and support process improvements, change-control projects, Green Belt and Black Belt initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
• Investigate manufacturing nonconformances, complete CAPA and APR activities, troubleshoot equipment using Delta V and P&IDs, and support reliability, PSM, RMP, and PHA initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process performance analysis.
• Experience with process validation, change control, nonconformances, CAPA, and technical manufacturing documentation.
