Talent Acquisition Specialist (Product)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Product Department roles, including Product Managers, Product Analysts, Product Designers, and Product Risk Managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct direct searches, and create talent maps for passive candidates.
• Partner with the CPO, Head of Product, and Risk Leads to define requirements, evaluation criteria, and hiring pipelines.
• Manage recruitment from initial outreach and interviews through offer negotiations and successful onboarding.
• Deliver fast, structured communication and a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive dynamics in fintech and trading.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for non-tech roles, including Product Managers, Product Analysts, Product Designers, and Risk or fintech positions.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and managing high-volume recruiting cycles.
• Strong knowledge of common human resources practices and clear verbal and written communication.
• Upper-intermediate English required.
• Ability to combine high-level recruitment strategy with tactical execution and maintain strong attention to detail.
