Director, Product Management, Global Payouts (Crypto)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid attendance with managers and teams deciding which 10+ days per month to work in the office

Annual base salary: $248,000–$300,000 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Payouts product.
• Lead the end-to-end payments experience, balancing customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.
• Partner with Engineering on requirements, acceptance criteria, product quality, and high-quality launches.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations.
• Align stakeholders, remove blockers, drive decisions, and communicate clearly to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, including 5–10 years in core product management.
• Deep payments expertise and strong curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
• Track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
• Strong technical competence and understanding.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language for different audiences.
• Ability to establish relationships and drive alignment across teams with different priorities.
