Associate Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in France; travel to customer sites required for 25–50% of the year.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for customers using the Cyera Platform.
• Drive customer onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and return on investment.
• Understand customer requirements and design customized use cases through a consultative approach.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, remove blockers, and monitor customer health and usage indicators.
• Lead joint success planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, executive meetings, and technical workshops.
• Share customer feedback and best practices to support product development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field is a plus.
• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, plus familiarity with APIs and web services.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction, feature adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, verbal, written, executive communication, and technical workshop skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment.
