Senior Associate, Funds Operations

Global active fixed-income and credit investment manager serving public and private markets.

What you will do

• Coordinate fund cash-flow and funding information with internal trade-floor teams.
• Review fund NAV calculations prepared by external administrators before market release.
• Oversee investor servicing, including onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, and investor inquiries.
• Coordinate administrators and auditors on annual and semi-annual financial statements for Hong Kong funds.
• Manage fund distributions, tax deliverables, fee and cost disclosures, management fees, invoices, and rebate arrangements.
• Oversee service providers, due-diligence programs, operational incidents, and projects that improve processes or implement internal and vendor changes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fund operations at an asset management firm.
• Experience with Hong Kong-domiciled funds and understanding of the Hong Kong unit trust regulatory environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred; postgraduate study such as CFA is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and manage small projects alongside business-as-usual responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
