Senior Director, Workplace Experience

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite at San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters

Salary: $233,500–$311,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of employee experience across the global non-manufacturing workplace portfolio.
• Develop employee journey maps and programs covering workplace entry, daily environment, culture, space, and amenities.
• Connect HR, IT, facilities, food services, events, communications, site services, maintenance, and design and construction.
• Translate workplace vision into operational roadmaps, governance frameworks, and scalable programs.
• Oversee CBRE Workplace Experience teams and establish workplace experience strategy and plans.
• Present global and regional strategies, program updates, and ROI metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee experience, or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience building and scaling programs across multiple sites or geographies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets across vendors and programs and translating data into insights.
• Background in human-centered design, journey mapping, and integrated workplace services.
