Senior Designer & Product Developer (Baby + Lifestyle Soft Goods)

Next-generation brand accelerator platform acquiring, integrating, and scaling digital-first consumer brands across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and brick-and-mortar retail.

What you will do

• Design seasonal and evergreen products across baby, kids, nursery, and lifestyle soft goods.
• Define color, material, texture, print, and trim direction for distinctive branded products.
• Create tech packs, specifications, bills of materials, and construction details for production.
• Work hands-on with fabrics, trims, finishes, suppliers, and factories.
• Balance design quality, cost, manufacturability, and commercial requirements.
• Develop new product categories in addition to refreshing existing products.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of product design and development experience in baby, children’s, apparel, home textiles, or soft goods.
• Portfolio demonstrating both commercial judgment and strong visual design.
• Advanced knowledge of textiles, construction, tech packs, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Direct experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
• Ability to combine big-picture product thinking with close attention to construction details.

Nice to have

• Experience with premium baby or kids brands, baby gifting, blankets, sleepwear, plush products, or nursery textiles.
• Experience with home textiles, DTC and national retail product development, or children’s product safety and compliance.
