Senior Account Risk Manager

What you will do

• Own the resolution of high-risk strategic customer accounts and ensure agreed actions meet target dates.
• Coordinate global risk reviews and act as the escalation point for financial, commercial, delivery, and retention risks.
• Maintain risk records covering exposure, root causes, mitigation plans, ownership, and next steps.
• Monitor risks affecting ARR, renewals, collections, churn, revenue realisation, and bad debt exposure.
• Build executive dashboards and management reports on risk trends, accountability, and resolution progress.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Product, and Leadership teams while leading automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant software-industry experience in finance, risk management, collections, customer success operations, or strategic account governance.
• Strong understanding of ARR, renewals, retention, implementation risks, and revenue realisation.
• Experience driving complex account resolutions and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process automation, workflow optimisation, systems integration, project management, and global matrix environments.
• Ability to work from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
