Services Quoting Analyst

What you will do

• Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to deliver maintenance and renewal services quotations within defined timelines.
• Analyze installed-base data, service support metrics, and account inputs to create accurate quote packages aligned with commercial guidelines.
• Identify upsell and customer inventory true-up opportunities and present service options that address customer requirements.
• Create maintenance proposal collateral and maintain accurate documentation repositories.
• Evaluate quoting tools and processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quotations comply with Opportunity Management Process guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in services quoting or a related role, preferably in telecommunications or networking.
• Experience applying data analysis to develop accurate and competitive service quotations.
• Strong attention to documentation quality and data accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing interactions.
• Strong collaboration, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or a bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business planning, pricing, or metric-based costing.
