Product Operations Intern, Rewards (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Argentina

Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do

• Review receipt-scanning submissions against validation rules and make consistent approval or rejection decisions.
• Identify unusual receipt formats, retailer-specific issues, duplicate submissions, and potential abuse patterns.
• Write reproducible bug reports and actionable recommendations for engineering teams.
• Prioritize improvements based on customer impact, fraud risk, and operational cost, then track fixes through the backlog.
• Maintain review guidelines, decision criteria, and escalation paths as the program scales.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or remove workflow steps and help improve internal tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to identifying patterns and creating rules or recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to write actionable bug reports and explain trends to non-technical audiences.
• Interest in consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, product operations, or products operating at scale.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.

Nice to have

• Experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities in operations, product, fintech, data analysis, trust and safety, or startups.
