Consultant (Accela SaaS)

Location: Remote based in the United States

Annual base salary: $95,000–$110,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage customer ticket intake, triage, routing, escalation, and support activities.
• Administer hirify.global platform user accounts, permissions, releases, and service pack testing.
• Build and modify workflows, business rules, automations, and fee calculations.
• Configure solutions, troubleshoot urgent system issues, and escalate advanced technical problems.
• Create and maintain SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Provide proactive guidance for client-led testing and support hirify.global Land Management or Business Licensing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and supporting the hirify.global Civic Platform.
• Background in IT business analysis, system design, development, testing, documentation, and administration.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise information systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to clearly present technical concepts and work independently in a customer-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• hirify.global Bronze Certified Implementation Professional certification.
• Certified Scrum Developer certification or equivalent Agile experience.
• JavaScript development, SSRS, Crystal Reports, T-SQL, or PL/SQL experience.
• Experience with hirify.global Citizen Access, hirify.global IVR, hirify.global GIS, or hirify.global data migration tools.
