What you will do

• Research, build, and refine trading strategies for market-making, proprietary trading, and OTC activities.
• Analyze market microstructure, pricing, and trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers to implement strategies in live trading systems.
• Contribute to low-latency systems built in Rust and develop efficient trading infrastructure.
• Build analytics and optimization tools to support quantitative research.
• Monitor live strategy performance and investigate issues affecting stability and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative foundations and rigorous reasoning about pricing, risk, and market structure.
• Interest in trading systems, financial markets, or market microstructure, including concepts such as limit order books, pricing, or real-time systems.
• Experience writing efficient, performance-conscious code in Python, C++, Rust, or another language.
• Strong foundations in algorithms and data structures.
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Rust experience is beneficial; without it, a demonstrable interest in mastering Rust is essential.
