Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: North Carolina, United States. The role starts remotely and will move to a hybrid setup with two days per week onsite once an office is established.

What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable solutions using C# and .NET.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from concept through production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Develop unit and integration tests and maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong ownership, judgement, and ability to operate with ambiguity at senior level.
• Strong unit and integration testing practices.
• Broad engineering knowledge and experience solving problems in complex, distributed systems.
• Clear communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach and ability to improve the people and engineering practices around you.
