Freelance Project Manager (Ad Tech)

Location: Fully remote from anywhere; ability to work across US and European time zones required.

hirify.global is a React.js and Next.js digital agency and Ad Tech startup building products for clients across the US and Europe, with expertise in AI, fintech, igaming, healthcare, and e-commerce.

What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects, keeping scope, timelines, budgets, and risks under control.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, proposals, and pricing for new engagements.
• Lead client discovery, workshops, requirements validation, and presales activities.
• Break complex requirements into iterations, user stories, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps.
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain clear project documentation and client communications.
• Coordinate design, engineering, and QA while testing completed features against agreed requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, project scoping, discovery workshops, and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of digital product development, product thinking, Agile delivery, backlogs, and user stories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, challenge requirements, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above and availability to work across US and European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project and product management tools.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
