Enterprise Data & AI Architect

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States. The position operates in a professional office environment and also supports remote work through a flexible workplace arrangement, with approximately 10% occasional business travel.

Salary: $123,200–$164,333.33 annually, with the final offer based on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Define enterprise data architecture, metadata management, governance standards, frameworks, and technical strategies.
• Build data lineage frameworks and maintain data models, warehouses, pipelines, integrations, and high-volume processing platforms.
• Evaluate, design, and deliver production AI solutions, document intelligence platforms, and AI-driven business process automation.
• Architect API-driven integrations across ERP, procurement, finance, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
• Optimize data and information flows while balancing accessibility, security, compliance, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, roadmap guidance, and architectural direction across engineering and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, AI architecture, and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience designing and delivering production AI solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing, integration, documentation, and tools such as Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Snowflake, Informatica, Gemini, GPT, and Google Document AI.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with proficiency in API-driven enterprise systems integration.
• Expertise in data governance, metadata management, lineage frameworks, AI solution frameworks, model lifecycle concepts, communication, facilitation, and technical leadership.
