Advanced Operations Coordinator (Wind Energy)

Location: Office/site only in Buckie, Moray, United Kingdom. Living within a commutable distance of Buckie is essential. Work follows a 7 days on/7 days off shift pattern, including weekends and no night work.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and support field personnel performing offshore wind turbine servicing and maintenance.
• Manage SAP notifications, service orders, technical verification, time recording, and parts consumption.
• Schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities with field teams and customer representatives.
• Create daily and weekly site plans and optimize the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels.
• Coordinate HSE documentation and ensure work complies with UK legislation.
• Maintain technical, commercial, cost, and service-history records, including separation of service and warranty activities.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Confident communication skills for coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Availability for the 7 days on/7 days off shift pattern at the Buckie project location, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel when required.
