GMP Technician (GMP)

What you will do

• Maintain assigned GMP areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitized condition.
• Perform cleaning tasks including walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, and shutdown cleaning.
• Follow customer and SBM SOPs, safety procedures, gowning requirements, and GMP standards.
• Complete daily FN logs, work orders, punch-list items, and maintenance issue reports.
• Use personal protective equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Work with shift leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers to respond to requests and cover staffing needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment care, cleaning compounds, and safe chemical use.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and complete required safety, task, chemical safety, and annual training.

Nice to have

• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and compliance with driving eligibility requirements if driving is required.
• Forklift certification.
