GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I

Location: Onsite in Fargo, North Dakota, United States. Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.; weekend work or extended and altered schedules may be required based on production needs.

What you will do

• Execute GMP manufacturing processes including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Support pDNA, mRNA, and protein product manufacturing.
• Apply aseptic techniques consistently to minimize contamination.
• Follow gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, good documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to standardize and improve processes using DBS tools and techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, with communication skills for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Ability to perform basic calculations, including arithmetic, ratios, proportions, and conversions.
• Ability to use hands, stand or sit for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to self-report mistakes or concerns to a manager.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing.
• Experience following standard operating procedures.
