Scientist - Slurry (CMP)

What you will do

• Support the development of various slurry products to meet target CTQs within customer-driven timelines.
• Design and perform experiments, then summarize and interpret the resulting data.
• Collaborate with global slurry R&D scientists and share test results from the Korean R&D group.
• Prepare high-quality technical documents for internal discussions and customer communication.
• Work with internal analytical teams and external partners on technical collaboration.
• Continue developing expertise in slurry chemistry and CMP technology.

Requirements

• PhD or MS in Chemistry with at least 2 years of industry experience, or BS in Chemistry with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Technical competency in material science with a chemistry background.
• Well-organized, innovative, results-driven, and collaborative mindset.
• Good communication skills for working with internal and external collaborators.
• Willingness to work at the Korea Technology Center in Hwaseong-si.

Nice to have

• Experience in slurry material development.
• Technical skills in inorganic nanoparticle analysis.
• English skills for successful global collaboration.
