What you will do
- Conduct research and development of algorithms for next-generation optical metrology of semiconductor devices.
- Define algorithm challenges, research feasibility, develop concepts and solutions, and perform qualification testing.
- Implement algorithms on metrology tools and analyze data involving multiple technical factors.
- Select appropriate methods and techniques to solve problems across diverse scopes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and interact with senior internal and external personnel.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Engineering or Physics, or an M.Sc. with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in signal or image processing.
- Experience developing and implementing algorithms with MATLAB and Python.
- Ability to work onsite in Hwaseong-si, South Korea.
Nice to have
- Experience with optical systems or microscopy.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
