Senior Affiliate and KOL Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and scale the global affiliate programme, setting strategy and investment priorities based on LTV, CAC, and ROI.
• Build and manage direct relationships with high-value affiliates, publishers, communities, and KOLs.
• Segment the partner portfolio and negotiate CPA, revenue share, or hybrid terms to ensure sustainable value.
• Collaborate with Data teams to analyze cohort performance and separate incremental growth from last-click attribution.
• Develop the Consumer KOL and creator strategy, recruiting and activating high-potential partners.
• Adapt channel strategies to local market regulations, customer behaviors, and regional ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programmes with clear improvements in customer and revenue economics.
• Strong commercial judgment regarding CPA, revenue share, and incentive structures.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating direct partner relationships, including sensitive or high-value accounts.
• Ability to work fluently with data to test hypotheses and make investment decisions.
• International experience adapting operating approaches to local regulatory and behavioral constraints.
• Practical command of affiliate tracking, attribution, fraud controls, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated consumer businesses.
• Exposure to creator or KOL programmes with objectives beyond direct response.
