2027 Technology Internship Program

Location: Warren, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely

Salary: $1,000 per week

What you will do

• Collaborate with fellow IT interns on cross-functional projects and present outcomes to management.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, specifications, development, and testing.
• Partner with business experts to transform processes into efficient and automated digital solutions.
• Document requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria and analyze data to identify challenges and recommendations.
• Design dashboards and track performance metrics, including indicators related to potential data leakage.
• Build exposure to cybersecurity tools, security logs, data loss prevention, vulnerability analysis, cloud modernization, AI innovation, and IT operations.

Requirements

• Currently a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Preferred fields include Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Security, IT Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, collaboration, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with business process documentation and a strong interest in developing an information technology career.
• Must possess permanent US employment authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL Server, Excel VBA, R, or Python.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data warehouses, analytics, reporting capabilities, and pricing models.
• Leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities, campus organizations, or community activities.
