What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and stable data contracts.
- Build asynchronous, event-driven communication with reliable messaging, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
- Develop distributed systems and microservices focused on scalability, resilience, maintainability, and production performance.
- Design secure APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Genesys Cloud.
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing.
- Occasionally contribute to React-based frontend functionality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong professional experience with Golang backend applications, concurrency, and asynchronous workflows.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, secure API design, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong commitment to automated unit and integration testing.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Protobuf, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or other monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar identity and access management solutions.
