Compliance & Regulatory Manager (Forex/CFD): Owning the compliance and regulatory framework for a financial services business with an accent on AML/KYC, sanctions controls, cross-border compliance, and regulatory licensing. Focus on reviewing trading programs and customer onboarding, developing internal controls, and supporting multi-jurisdiction business expansion.
🚀 Hiring: Compliance & Regulatory Manager | Dubai

We’re looking for an experienced Compliance & Regulatory professional with strong exposure to Forex/CFD, Prop Trading, FinTech or Financial Services.

🔹 Own the compliance & regulatory framework
🔹 AML/KYC, sanctions & financial-crime controls
🔹 Cross-border & multi-jurisdiction compliance
🔹 Review trading programs, payouts & customer onboarding
🔹 Develop policies, SOPs & internal controls
🔹 Support licensing, regulatory matters & business expansion

Experience: 3–5+ years
Location: Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪
Work Model: Initially Remote, transitioning to Dubai office-based after the first few months.

Experience with a Forex/CFD broker or Prop Trading firm is a must.
