TL;DR
Integration Consulting Specialist (Traveltech): Supporting customer and sales integration activities between Amadeus and customer systems with an accent on solution consulting, XML and Webservices interfaces, and travel-industry implementations. Focus on designing integration solutions, managing implementation schedules, resolving technical issues, certifying integrations, and improving internal processes.
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week onsite in BGC, Taguig

What you will do
- Support sales activities through integration demos, customer business-flow analysis, and solution proposals.
- Advise internal and external customers on integrations between and customer systems.
- Provide functional support, resolve integration issues, and support implementation activities.
- Manage integration schedules, serviceability requirements, status reporting, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Perform final integration sign-off and certification before production implementation.
- Support product adoption, identify root causes, transfer knowledge, and recommend process automation improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism, or an equivalent field.
- 2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, or onboarding within the travel industry.
- Background in the travel or airline industry and strong knowledge of products or comparable industry systems.
- Good understanding of XML structures and Webservices interfaces.
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation, with strong problem-solving, project management, communication, customer-focus, and collaboration skills.
- Amenable to work in midshift or other business-required shifts, attend early morning calls or late evening meetings, and work onsite in BGC, Taguig 2–3 days per week.
