IT Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dudley, UK, with office attendance twice a week. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Manage VisualFiles workflows, templates, scripts, data structures, and case management functionality.
• Automate business processes and integrate VisualFiles, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
• Support .NET applications, modules, extensions, databases, and integrations, resolving technical issues.
• Oversee testing, documentation, security, release quality, and ongoing system improvements.
• Gather requirements, manage technical projects, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience managing and supporting business-critical IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with VisualFiles or a similar case management or workflow platform.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, plus experience with REST APIs, Dataverse, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of .NET, C#, object-oriented development, SDLC, version control, testing, documentation, and release processes.
• Legal right to work in the UK and availability to work from the Dudley office twice a week.
