Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Data & AI)

Location: Relocation to the United States, with hirify.global’s teams based in New York City and Phoenix

What you will do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement through offer negotiation.
• Consult with clients on technical hiring needs across Data, Analytics, and AI.
• Identify and engage high-caliber data professionals through networks, market expertise, and sourcing tools.
• Build subject-matter expertise and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Develop new business, win accounts, secure job orders, and expand the U.S. market presence.
• Mentor junior consultants and progress toward individual-contributor or people-management leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter.
• At least 3 years of experience is required for visa approval.
• Strong record of new business development, winning terms, and securing job orders.
• Commercial, growth-driven mindset with strong client partnership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter comfortable in a high-performance environment.

• Experience recruiting across Data, Analytics, or AI.
• Experience mentoring consultants or progressing toward team leadership.
