Founders Associate (Industrial Deep-Tech)

Location: Hybrid and flexible, with talent hubs in Paris, Geneva and Lyon and an office in Nanterre, France. Occasional travel to Paris, Lyon or Geneva is required for team and client meetings.

hirify.global is an early-stage industrial deep-tech company developing a wire-forming technology that produces high-conductivity copper wire from scrap copper without smelting or refining.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO across commercial strategy, financing and company operations.
• Support supplier and customer research, market development, pricing, commercial deals and negotiation preparation.
• Prepare grant applications, support fundraising and investor materials, and contribute to data-room preparation.
• Build and maintain budgets, track actuals against plan, and support cashflow forecasting and runway management.
• Own cross-functional projects, develop practical tracking and process tools, and coordinate commercial, technical and production teams.
• Prepare analysis, materials and follow-ups for leadership, board and investor meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, commercial strategy, corporate finance, or a generalist or chief-of-staff-style startup role.
• Strong quantitative skills, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, and experience with financial modelling, budgeting or commercial analysis.
• Ability to work with incomplete data, make explicit assumptions, test sensitivities and deliver projects with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with judgement and discretion when working on sensitive CEO-level topics.
• Practical approach to digital tools, automation and process improvement.
• Fluent English required; French is a strong plus.
