Content Specialist

hirify.global is expanding its team.

What you will do

• Prepare and publish content through CMS systems.
• Configure and adapt content for different formats and interface limitations.
• Coordinate localization across multiple language versions, channels, and the product.
• Work with promotional mechanics in Back Office, including conditions, settings, and limitations.
• Perform quality checks before and after launch, verifying content accuracy, settings, and display.
• Identify and escalate content-related errors and issues.

Requirements

• English and Russian at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in Content Management, CRM Content, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
• Independence, proactive work habits, and the ability to make decisions within the area of responsibility.
• Stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, and structured content.
