Communication Specialist with Hungarian and English

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Create, translate, publish, and localize educational and informational content for Hungarian-speaking buyers and sellers.
• Maintain and update Hungarian articles in the hirify.global Help Center.
• Execute informational and educational mass mailings for the Hungarian market.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on communication initiatives and content localization.
• Help develop communication channels, Help Center resources, and internal tools, including testing and implementing AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize daily work independently according to business needs.

Requirements

• Residence in Poland and legal right to work in Poland.
• English and Hungarian proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Higher education, preferably in English or Hungarian philology or a related linguistic field.
• Experience translating texts into Hungarian.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven approach.
• Ability to work with digital tools and organize work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and editing informational and educational content in Hungarian.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Experience with CAT tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI prompting.
