Senior Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; onsite at the Leeds manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Lead investigations into customer complaints, concerns, and internal quality issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage supplier quality, including supplier approvals, audits, and supply-chain improvement.
• Support part qualification, PPAP, sample approval, change management, continuous improvement, and NPI projects.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and manage non-conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activities.
• Promote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the business while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with quality system requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 80079-34.
• Knowledge of CSA standards and internal and process auditing.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence working cross-functionally and with suppliers.
• Ability to work onsite at the Leeds manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom.
