Senior Compliance Officer Poland (Publishing & Audio)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with travel between Warsaw and Kraków and occasional travel to Hamburg and London.

Media business producing publishing, audio, broadcasting, and entertainment content across European markets.

What you will do

• Act as the primary compliance contact for the Polish Publishing and Audio businesses.
• Provide practical guidance on Polish legal, regulatory, and Group Compliance requirements.
• Handle SpeakUp cases, including initial assessments, fact-finding coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Identify compliance risks, incidents, and control gaps and support mitigation measures.
• Design and deliver compliance training, communications, and awareness activities.
• Collaborate with Group Compliance, Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and local business stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or another relevant discipline.
• Several years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Investigations, Risk Management, or a related area, preferably in an international organization.
• Experience with whistleblowing or SpeakUp cases, internal investigations, or sensitive employee-related matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong integrity, judgment, discretion, stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.
• Willingness to travel between Warsaw and Kraków and, when necessary, to other Group locations.
