What you will do

Provide escalation support and clarify problem descriptions for service orders.
Execute analysis work within specific domains to define and integrate node solutions.
Create knowledge sharing materials and deliver advanced training to colleagues and customers.
Support customer demo preparation, execution, and data analysis to identify root causes.
Improve operational efficiency and quality within the team.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in a technical field required.
Experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute.
Background in lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology, or defectivity.
Ability to work in the field or at HQ as required.
