What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day live game operations for ARC Raiders on PC and console, including event monitoring, updates, patches, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with release management and development to integrate new content, features, and fixes into the live environment.
- Lead and mentor a small live operations team, setting objectives and providing feedback.
- Connect player operations with development by communicating player feedback, concerns, and suggestions.
- Coordinate live activities with design, engineering, art, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Improve live-service tooling, quality assurance, processes, player engagement, and game performance with technology leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of game development processes, live operations, and KPIs.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach and passion for gaming and industry trends.
- Must already reside in Sweden and be able to work on-site.

- Experience with AAA shooter games.
