What you will do

• Process transactions accurately and on time within established guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily checklists and ensure day-to-day deliverables meet requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors or subject-matter experts.
• Track SLA/KRA trends and work with supervisors to improve processes and procedures.
• Create and run formal and function-specific reports.
• Follow procedures for incidents, regulatory breaches, and operational risk reporting.

Requirements

• College or university degree, or 0–6 months of relevant work experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic functional or industry knowledge is preferred.
