Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Manager (AWS)

What you will do

• Own the operational management of global cloud infrastructure, with AWS at the center of the environment.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms and services are secure, resilient, scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient.
• Lead and develop teams across TechOps, SysOps, networking, and voice services.
• Drive automation, monitoring, observability, proactive service management, and operational excellence.
• Oversee enterprise networking, including LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud networking, and data center connectivity.
• Lead major incident response and improve reliability, service resilience, and the Five9 voice and telephony environment.

Requirements

• Proven AWS infrastructure experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, or operations teams while remaining technically engaged.
• Deep knowledge of AWS architecture, cloud networking, security, governance, and highly available business-critical services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.
• Experience managing major incidents and operational service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure environments and enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud networking.
• Experience with SRE or reliability engineering practices.
• ITIL-based service management experience.
• Experience supporting development teams with infrastructure and platform services.
• Experience with Five9, SIP services, or other voice and contact-centre technologies.
