hirify.global supports an AI training project requiring expert knowledge in child development and developmental psychology.

What you will do

• Review and annotate child-development datasets for AI training.
• Evaluate AI outputs for developmental accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Create scenarios and test cases involving children's learning and behavior.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI systems.
• Develop guidelines covering cognitive, linguistic, and psychosocial aspects of child development.
• Document research findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Expertise in child development and developmental psychology.
• Research and academic experience in child development.
• Experience with data evaluation and annotation.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital, technology, or AI-related projects.
• Proficiency in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian.
