Senior Analytics Engineer/Digital Insights Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze digital sales, customer behavior, and online performance data.
• Query, combine, structure, and prepare datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Define and analyze business KPIs, trends, and anomalies.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital sales and webshop performance.
• Translate business questions into analyses, recommendations, and clear stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Strong practical SQL, Power BI, and Databricks skills.
• Experience preparing datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Good command of English and a valid work permit for the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Python or R.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or web analytics.
