Data Analyst (Airtable)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Analyze and structure Airtable data to support business decisions and operational needs.
• Build and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, views, formulas, reports, and automations.
• Improve data accuracy, consistency, quality, and internal business processes.
• Integrate Airtable with external services and internal platforms using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Work with large and complex datasets and identify solutions to data issues.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and document data structures, workflows, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable.
• Practical experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations.
• Strong data analysis and data management skills, including experience with structured and complex datasets.
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Ability to analyze requirements, work independently, manage tasks from planning to delivery, and solve problems with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
• Optional experience with Python or JavaScript.
