Principal Validation Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define validation strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for new semiconductor products.
• Lead silicon validation and characterization across process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
• Develop automated validation solutions, measurement setups, and test methodologies.
• Analyze validation results, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Correlate simulation, laboratory, and production test data to improve product performance and robustness.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching while supporting customer investigations, quality initiatives, and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience in semiconductor validation, characterization, product engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of silicon validation, laboratory measurements, and data analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment and debugging complex technical issues.
• Programming and automation experience with Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and global engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed-signal, interface, power management, or isolation semiconductor products.
