Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid work

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to define events, funnels, activation criteria, adoption metrics, and post-launch measurement.
• Analyze signup conversion, first-day behavior, feature adoption, retention, and release performance.
• Provide leadership with trusted insights and actionable recommendations for strategic product initiatives.
• Define and validate analytics events and integrate them into usage, 360, and feature-usage models.
• Extend and validate dbt models through pull requests, code review, and CI.
• Build Looker dashboards, investigate anomalies and tracking failures, and automate repeatable analytical workflows with AI agents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or growth analytics within a fast-paced SaaS or web company.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large event datasets.
• Production experience with dbt, including data lineage, DAGs, testing, and CI.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience building decision-oriented dashboards in Looker or a comparable BI platform.
• Practical experience using AI agents in analytical or engineering workflows, plus strong communication and business judgment.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Background in statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
• Experience with B2B, multi-tenant products and company- and user-level behavioral data.
• Experience building agent skills, rules, n8n workflows, Cursor projects, or internal data agents.
