Location: Hybrid role in the Tel Aviv District, Israel

What you will do
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Data Analysts through goal setting, feedback, and professional growth support.
- Own the team’s priorities and analytical roadmap, focusing on high-impact business needs.
- Establish standards for data modeling, SQL, dbt, testing, code reviews, and business intelligence.
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to define KPIs and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Lead high-impact analyses, scalable data models, Looker dashboards, and investigations into data quality issues.
- Automate repeatable analyses and workflows using AI-enabled tools while remaining hands-on with data, code, and analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Data Analysts.
- Advanced SQL and production experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, lineage, and CI.
- Experience with Git-based development, code review workflows, and Looker or a comparable BI platform.
- Strong business understanding, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI agents in analytical or engineering workflows.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and implementing a governed semantic layer.
- Python, statistics, experimentation, or A/B testing experience.
- Experience with B2B, multi-tenant SaaS businesses.
- Experience building agent skills, n8n workflows, Cursor projects, or internal data agents.
