What you will do

• Take inbound calls from account owners and financial institutions, provide information, place trades, and issue statements and confirmations.
• Manage tasks across multiple call center queues and complete operational assignments.
• Make outbound calls and respond to emails to provide answers and resolve client or operational requests.
• Work with partners across the bank to provide information and resolve issues.
• Contact clients by phone or email regarding RPO and non-contact cases to help prevent escheatment.
• Complete special projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Basic securities industry knowledge is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
