Talent Acquisition Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Auckland, New Zealand; fully office-based Monday to Friday with no flexible or remote work arrangements.

What you will do

• Recruit world-class technical engineering and aerospace talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to navigate complex engineering requirements and guide hiring decisions.
• Source hard-to-find technical candidates through multiple channels.
• Advocate for exceptional candidates while managing shifting and urgent priorities.
• Solve recruitment challenges creatively and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven technical engineering or aerospace recruitment experience.
• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt quickly, and deliver under pressure.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Auckland, New Zealand, Monday to Friday.
